Newhams Yard RTM Company Ltd has recently been incorporated by leaseholders across the Estate. This is a vital initiative in order to exercise our collective Right to Manage (RTM) under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

This legal right allows qualifying leaseholders (such as yourself) to take over the management responsibilities for their building(s) from the freeholder or their appointed managing agent by forming an RTM Company.

Join the Newham’s Yard Leaseholders Membership

By signing the membership form, you are confirming that you want to become a member of the Company, thus giving your RTM Company the ability to have direct influence over the way our homes are managed, including but not limited to: 

  • service charge expenditure

  • day-to-day maintenance

  • contractor appointments

  • long-term planning 

  • Eliminate potential conflicts of interest owing to Galliard Estate Management (a sister company of the freeholder and developer Galliard Homes) managing the estate.

To Successfuly aqquire RTM at Newhams Yard, we need at least 50% of qualifying tenants to join the company.
